A little more about me….

Curiosity made me do it….

As someone from an ethnic minority background, therapy wasn’t something that was widely spoken about or encouraged but I have always had a deep interest in people, in what shapes us, and in how we make meaning of our lives. That curiosity deepened through my training and through my own personal experience of been in therapy. I began to understand me better and I had space to learn ways I could rebuild myself in new seasons.

My faith quietly grounds me. It shapes the patience and compassion I bring into the room, and my belief that even difficult seasons can carry meaning. While my practice is not faith-based, I welcome conversations about faith and spirituality if they feel important to you.

Alongside my therapy work, I continue to work within the corporate world. This means I understand the rhythm of professional life — responsibility, ambition, and the pressure that can come with performing well while holding a great deal internally.

I don’t see therapy as a place to fix what is broken. I see it as a space to understand yourself more deeply — and to move forward in a way that feels more aligned and true.

I know how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for support — I’ve sat in the client chair myself. I understand the nerves, the uncertainty, and the quiet hope that things can feel different but If something in my story resonates with you, you’re warmly invited to reach out and begin your own.

I work in an integrative way, drawing from Person-Centred and Psychodynamic approaches. This means we can spend time with what’s coming up for you in the present, while also making sense of how your past experiences may still be influencing how you see yourself and move through the world.
