Starting therapy can feel like stepping into the unknown. You might feel ready. You might feel unsure. You might even wonder whether what you’re carrying is “big enough” to bring. All of that is welcome….You don’t need to have it all figured out.

What to expect

  • A free 15-minute consultation
    I offer a free 15-minute consultation as a gentle starting point. It is an opportunity for us to briefly connect, for you to ask any questions, and to get a sense of whether working together feels right. There’s no pressure or obligation — just space to explore next steps.

  • 50-minute therapy sessions
    If we decide to continue, sessions last 50 minutes and take place weekly (unless we agree otherwise), face to face or online. This time is yours — to slow down, reflect, and speak openly about what feels important.

  • Remember this
    You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. We begin wherever you are, and we move in a way that feels steady and manageable. What I will offer is a confidential space and free from judgement — where you don’t need to perform or have the “right” answers.

    50 minute session : £80

Payments are settled in advance via BACS online transfer
